The area is approximately 80' x 80' with a flat asphalt surface, 0% slope. Pine trees can be found on perimeter, but provide no shade. It is 80°-95°F in the summer and 45°-65°F the winter. The wind picks up in the afternoon. There are large lawn areas great for softball, volleyball and football. Please bring your own equipment since none is provided nor rented.
